More peace and direction in your career
Personal career coaching with a focus on your thoughts and emotions
Getting away from being stuck
Sometimes you feel like things are not quite right anymore.
Your work takes more energy than it gives, or you find yourself drifting further and further away from the essence of yourself, who you actually are. When this happens, it is beneficial to have someone to understand who you are and provide support.
My name is Ronald Vos
As a career coach, I support people who are ready for a professional change. Change of position, role, or sector. From salaried employment to self-employment or vice versa, I work with people who want work that truly suits them or who no longer feel connected in their current role. People who, due to circumstances such as chronic illness, are looking for a different approach to their work. In short, people who feel that to make the transition, they will need support.
Ronald coaches for you?
My coaching focuses on personal growth, burnout, chronic illness, grief, multiple losses, with their effect on your work and career.
What’s in it for you?
You consciously choose yourself. You act and regain control over your work and life.
You will notice that:
- major events have a place and that you are able to look forward again.
- you are able to make clear choices that suit you.
- you break free from being stuck and move forward step by step.
- you recognize your qualities again and use them with confidence.
- you feel at peace, with energy and a healthy balance in work and your personal life.
Can my employer reimburse career coaching?
In many cases it is possible for career coaching to be fully or partly covered by your employer. This depends on the policies within your organisation and on your personal situation. Some employers, for example, provide a training or professional development budget that can also be used for coaching.
It is therefore a good idea to review your employment benefits or ask your manager or HR department about the options available within your organisation.
Where do the coaching sessions take place?
My practice is based in Deventer, where I offer sessions from my home office. Arrangements can also be made to meet in Groningen (city) or Amsterdam.
Coaching at your workplace is also an option. However, I have found that meeting away from the work environment usually creates more space to reflect freely and gain new insight.
If you choose online coaching, the first session will always take place in person, face-to-face.
